We specialize in premium wooden handicrafts, weaving looms, and hoop stands. Please acknowledge the following regarding our products:

  • Natural Variation: As our products are made from solid wood (e.g., Mahogany) and handcrafted, slight variations in wood grain, texture, and color may occur. These are not defects but rather unique characteristics of natural wood.

  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual color of the product.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the phone number or email provided.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs (wood, polish, hardware).

  • Stock Availability: While we try to keep our inventory updated, some items may occasionally be out of stock. If you order an out-of-stock item, we will contact you to offer a refund or an estimated production time.

4. Payment Terms

  • We require the delivery charge to be paid in advance to confirm any Cash on Delivery (COD) order.

  • For customized items or bulk orders, a 50% advance payment is mandatory before production begins.

  • Please refer to our Payment Policy for full details on accepted methods (bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer).

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Third-Party Couriers: We use third-party courier services (e.g., Steadfast, Pathao, RedX) to deliver your products.

  • Timeline: We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days (for ready stock). Delivery times by the courier typically range from 24-72 hours depending on your location.

  • Delays: Soulcraft Creations BD is not liable for delays caused by the courier company, natural disasters, or political unrest (strikes/hartals).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content published and made available on our site is the property of Soulcraft Creations BD. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, product designs, and videos.
